Engsholms Slott is a family-run hotel located in northern Mörkö. We have 55 hotel rooms and cater to conference guests, private guests, and events/parties.

We are now looking for someone who can step in for a day or a few evenings a week during spring, summer, and autumn. You have experience in serving, including conferences, à la carte, and weddings/parties.

We expect you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for detail, and be passionate about personal service and hospitality. You have a genuine passion for food, drinks, and meeting people, both guests and colleagues. As a person, you are driven, responsible, and a true doer, with authentic hospitality. You will be part of a small team in the dining room, consisting of 3-4 people, and work in one of Sweden's most beautiful dining rooms.

We would like you to:

Be trained in restaurant service and/or have previous experience in a similar role
Have cash handling experience in restaurant systems
Be fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both spoken and written
Live in the local area - preferably very local!
Have your own car for commuting to and from work
